Equipment:

Still Line - CCB’s still line offers inline filtration, vacuum filling, vacuum corker with gas injection, 30mm by 60mm Ropp screw capper, foil application, dual station pressure-sensitive labeler, tape machine, bottle coding (upon request) and hot glue (upon request).

Bubbly Line - CCB’s bubbly line offers force carbonation, inline filtration, inline pressure sensitive labeler (prior to filler) + inline pressure-sensitive labeler (post bottle washer), sterile bottle washing and dryer, counter pressure filler, and choice of 26mm and 29mm crown cap or cork and cage finish.

Filtration - CCB offers a 6 cartridge crossflow filter, that filters products down to .2 micron (nominal) with little loss and low dissolved oxygen pickup.  Machine can be valved down to two cartridges for minimal loss on small lots. 

Labeling Line - CCB also offers a label and capsule line for products that have already been bottled. Wax dip, wax dot, and over labeling available upon request.

Full Lab and Winemaking Consulting - CCB has a full lab with analysis equipment, and onsite winemaker.

Equipment:

Truck 1 - Truck 1 is a custom built low profile goose neck trailer.  Trailer is 38 ft long, and tractor/ trailer combined is 48ft.  Inside it has a steam generator for sterilization, two 30 inch filter housings for inline filtration, 12 head inverting sparger to remove oxygen and debris from bottle, 16 valve vacuum filler, single head vacuum corker, single head screw capper, 8 head foil spinner, 2 station pressure sensitive labeler, and tape machine.  

Truck 2 - Truck 2 is a dock height Utility trailer.  Trailer is 48ft long, and tractor/trailer combined is 60ft.  Inside it has a steam generator for sterilization, two 30 inch filter housings for inline filtration, 12 head inverting sparger to remove oxygen and debris from bottle, 16 valve vacuum filler, single head vacuum corker, 3 head rotary screw capper with distributor, 6 head foil spinner with distributor, 2 station pressure sensitive labeler, and tape machine.
